Rules of Discipline

• All the group members are expected to be respectful, polite and friendly with the other members. Any form of disrespect, verbal abuse or any sort of threat are not at all accepted and will be taken strict actions. The action may lead to the separation or removal of the member from the group.
• HattoGol believes in inclusivity and diversion and do not encourage any form of distinction or division among any ethnic group, religion, caste, creed etc. So any form of action of one which humiliates anyone’s sentiment will be treated strictly and may be the result with separation or removal of the member from the group.
• Violence, provocative speech or any form of abusive language will be strictly barred from any kind of activities of the members. An immediate action will be taken and the members will be immediately removed from the group.
• HattoGol is an non-religious and non-political group. We value everyone’s religious faith and political orientation. But we also need to maintain the harmony and peace among the group. So we don’t encourage any form of political or religious discussion which may trigger hateful debate or some kind of division among the members. We are strictly against any post related to political or hardcore religious belief or sentiment.
• HattoGol is an association with various people with their various choices and we value everyone’s view. We believe in integration. So we allow all sort of discussion except political or hardcore religious, but at the same time suggest each member to be more responsible to their words. As said words are god and once out it can’t be pulled back and cause a damage which may never be recovered.
• HattoGol gives top priority towards women safety and maintain their dignity. Although we encourage every member to interact with each other but it must be with the consent of each other. Any form of tailgating, private messaging without member’s consent or continuously poking someone where he or she will not be comfortable will be considered as a potential harassment, An immediate action will be taken and the member will be removed from the group with an immediate effect.
• HattoGol accept money only when there is an event according to the event calendar of the association which is generally published before the events start for a particular year. It will be announced in the group itself. Other than these, HattoGol is not responsible for any other money transaction between any members. So if any member will be involved into any kind of other transactions those will be considered as a personal matter and HattoGol will neither involve or held responsible for all such activities.
